On the side plate of Cross flow Radiator structure, The stress-relief slot structure is adopted to improve the torsional vibration resistance of the product, effectively reduce the load impact during vehicle operation, and extend the reliability and service life of the product.

The header plate of radiators with big engine of American Series adopt I reinforcement materials and header crimped reinforcement structure to ensure the crimping strength.

The tube is made of 4343/3003,7072 materials, and with the addition of anti corrosion material 7072, which enhances the anti-corrosion capability and improves the overall quality of the product.
