PATENTED TECHNOLOGY OF FOLDING-EDGE
The fin is made with patented technology of folding-edge, which greatly improves the lodging-resistant ability of fins, maintains the stability of the fin pitch, and improve the heat dissipation efficiency of the product.

HIGH QUALITY PLASTIC TANK MATERIAL
The plastic tank uses PA66+GF30 materials, adding the glass fibre, which improve the strength and toughness of the tank, enhances heat resistance and corrosion resistance, and improve the overall service life of the product.

STRESS-RELIEF SLOT DESIGN
On the side plate of Cross flow Radiator structure, The stress-relief slot structure is adopted to improve the torsional vibration resistance of the product, effectively reduce the load impact during vehicle operation, and extend the reliability and service life of the product.

HEADER CRIMPED REINFORCEMENT
The header plate of radiators with big engine of American Series adopt I reinforcement materials and header crimped reinforcement structure to ensure the crimping strength.

The tube is made of 4343/3003,7072 materials, and with the addition of anti corrosion material 7072, which enhances the anti-corrosion capability and improves the overall quality of the product.

OIL COOLER CONNECTOR
Integrated oil cooler connector, precision and uniform, good sealing performance.
